“I found my passion! ”

当地时间10月30日，2024年国家和地区奥林匹克委员会协会颁奖典礼在葡萄牙卡斯凯什举行，六枚奥运金牌获得者、中国乒乓球运动员马龙获杰出运动生涯奖。

Chinese table tennis icon Ma Long received the Outstanding Sporting Career Award from the Association of National Olympic Committees (ANOC) on Wednesday, recognizing his exceptional achievements and contributions to the sport.

颁奖现场，马龙全英文发表获奖感言，“很幸运我在年轻的时候找到了热爱的乒乓球事业。希望通过我的努力，让这项运动比以往任何时候都更强大！”

First, I want to thank ANOC for this award. It's a great honor for me.

The past 21 years of my career have been a long journey indeed, but I'm lucky because I found my passion — table tennis at a young age and dreamed about competing on the Olympic stage one day. So I have always had this dream, been willing to give my all to this sport, and I've never ever given up.

Everyone knows that Chinese table tennis is the strongest in the world, and we have this joke that "you would like to become the world champion first, and then have a chance to become a national champion." So I think my biggest achievement is representing this team for 21 years.

I know that table tennis is not yet a big sport in the world, but I hope that with my effort and the efforts of the entire table tennis family, it will grow bigger than ever.

36岁的马龙是首位获得ANOC国际奥协杰出运动生涯奖的乒乓球运动员。

在被问及个人职业生涯的其他成就时，马龙的一句“玩笑话”逗笑了全场观众，“你可能要先成为世界冠军，然后才有机会成为全国冠军，能够为国乒奋斗21年，是我最大的成就。”

据国际奥委会官网介绍，ANOC国际奥协颁奖典礼的举办始于2014年，奖项为表彰NOC（国家和地区奥委会）及其旗下运动员以及奥林匹克大家庭成员取得的杰出成就而设立。
